What is a screening?
A screening is an opportunity for parents and professionals to find out how a child is developing in comparison to other children the same age.
Developmental Areas Screened:

Sweetwater County Child Development Center (SCCDC) supports developmental preschools throughout the state of Wyoming.
There are a total of 14 regions and Sweetwater County is number 7. The “1 before 2” campaign is a statewide marketing effort that encourages parents to have their infants and preschool children screened for developmental delays.
The SCCDC screening numbers have continued to increase since the beginning of this ad campaign in 2003.
